Delete your Coolhand account

You can delete your Coolhand account yourself, at any time, without installing anything. It takes effect at once.

Coolhand, including Coolhand Cards and Coolhand Poker, is published by Coolhand Cardgames LLC.

Delete it yourself

1. Open Coolhand at play.coolhand.app in any browser, or open the Coolhand app.
2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
3. Open Account, choose Delete account…, then Delete my account.

This link opens that choice directly, and asks you to sign in first if you are not: play.coolhand.app/#/account/delete.

If you cannot sign in

Write to support@coolhand.app from the address the account uses, and ask us to delete it. We delete it and answer within one month. If you no longer have that mailbox, write anyway and tell us; we will ask you to show the account is yours before we act.

What is deleted

• The account: its address, its player name, and how it signs in (a password, Google or Apple).
• Everything any of your phones sent to it: your notes on the opponents, your records and hands, and your Rose.
• Your friends list and your seats at tables, as far as they name you.
• Anything you shared for research.
• What your address held: an invitation, a request for access.

Deletion is immediate. There is no waiting period and no account kept in a paused state. If you signed in with Apple in the iOS app, the app also asks Apple to withdraw Coolhand's Sign in with Apple.

What is kept, and for how long

• Nothing about the account stays in our live database once it is deleted.
• Our daily backups age out within 7 days, and the account goes with the oldest of them.
• Mail you wrote to us is kept as our privacy policy says.
• What a phone has seen stays on that phone until you remove the app or clear its data, because it never left the phone.
